E4TheFuture has released a Weatherization Barriers Toolkit to offer “solutions for states to help income-eligible households where health and safety barriers often prevent” weatherization program participation. It reviews and covers asbestos, mold, fault combustion appliance venting, outdated wiring, and other hazards.
